I provide mental health therapy services, including psychotherapy for adolescents, and adults, to promote optimal mental and emotional health. I facilitate attachment-based therapy, a framework to examine family systems and relational dynamics and use evidence-based techniques to address trauma, depression, and anxiety.
- I am committed to navigating familial issues, such as bonding/attachment, conduct disorder, relationship conflict, societal bias, and loss of autonomy.
- It’s an honor to walk with individuals and couples endeavoring to make changes and for those to seek to understand how trauma influences and permeates relationships.
- I affirm the lived experience of people identified as the minority, and I believe in examining experiences within pervasive systemic racism. I work to provide a safe space to engage in meaningful, productive dialogue about racialized trauma and inclusion. Change is possible.
- I feel passionate about empowering individuals to develop the skills and understanding necessary to navigate conflicts constructively.
My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy.
My active involvement in several organizations not only enhances my knowledge in my field but also provides a wealth of resources for therapeutic work, assuring you of my expertise and commitment to the field.
